Terms and Conditions – Umthunzi Hotel “Monthly Guest Draw – Win a Free Stay”

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Umthunzi Hotel competition. By entering the competition, participants indicate their acceptance and agreement to these terms and conditions.

The Umthunzi Hotel Monthly Guest Draw is open to all guests who have completed a stay at Umthunzi Hotel.

Every qualifying stay automatically receives one entry into the monthly random draw.

Guests are welcome to leave a review on Booking.com, Tripadvisor, or Google; however, leaving a review is entirely optional and is not required to qualify for the draw.

Any reviews submitted by guests must be honest, authentic, and comply with the guidelines and policies of the relevant review platform. Reviews deemed false, misleading, or in violation of platform policies may be removed or excluded from promotional use.

The competition will run on an ongoing monthly basis unless otherwise stated by Umthunzi Hotel.

One winner will be selected at random each month.

The prize consists of a complimentary 1-night stay for 2 persons at Umthunzi Hotel. A second night may be added at the applicable weekend special rate, subject to availability.

The prize excludes any additional expenses, including but not limited to transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, and incidental costs incurred during the stay.

The complimentary stay is subject to availability and excludes peak periods, public holidays, and any other restricted dates as determined by Umthunzi Hotel.

Winners will be required to arrange their booking dates directly with Umthunzi Hotel, subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

By participating in the competition, entrants grant Umthunzi Hotel permission to use their name and any submitted reviews for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, website content, and other advertising material.

Umthunzi Hotel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
