Really enjoyed our stay this weekend in the Executive Family and the Executive Room suites.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Some of the staff members were unprofessional, one lady at the reception threatened to kick us out if the person in charge of our booking didn't pay what ever amount was outstanding, mind you I was just someone's guest and not responsible for the bookings and payments. Instead of speaking to the person in charge, she spoke to me as if I knew what was going on. Her manner of approach was inappropriate and unnecessary, I don't know if she did this because of our skin color or whatever case it was, she made me feel like we were crocks that run away away without paying. I was not impressed with that stunt to a point that nothing was ever interesting for me in this place.

They also made me wait for a good 8 minutes at the gate, I had to call them on the land line for them to open the gate for me. Your reception staff have to pick up their A game , as someone in the hospitality industry myself, what I saw with the reception staff was just not it, busy on their cellphones while we as guest are around was very much unprofessional.
