Please Note our Terms & Conditions:

• Our check in time is from 14h00 – 21h30.
• We kindly request you advise us of a late arrival, after 21h30, so that we can make the necessary arrangements with reception.
• Check out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.
• Late departures are subject to availability – please enquire at reception.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
• Balance of the account is to be settled on arrival.
• All extra costs incurred during your stay is to be settled at reception on check-out.
• We will endeavor to assist when requests are made for a certain room number wherever possible.  We do however reserve the right to make changes where necessary, without prior notification.
• All rooms have showers, some have baths, all rooms have selected DSTV channels, and all rooms have fans & air-conditioners.
• No braai facilities available at hotel but there are at Umtentweni Beach – 700m from the hotel.
• No alcohol is to be brought onto property as we are a licensed property with bar.
• Standard Rates include breakfast and 15% VAT.
• Dinner bookings are essential. Should you wish to join us for dinner and you have not booked on our dinner, Bed and Breakfast (DBB) rate, please enquire at reception. 
• You will be required to present your ID on arrival
• Pets are not allowed

Umthunzi Hotel accept these cards, Visa, Master & Diners Club and reserves the right to temporarily hold amount prior to arrival.
